Su Cuisine

Common dishes in Jiangsu cuisine are salted dried duck, sweet and sour deep-fried mandarin fish and braised soft-shelled turtle in clear soup etc.




Zhejiang Cuisine

Zhejiang food, one of the eight traditional Chinese cuisines, is originated and popular in Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang cuisine consists of at least three styles, each originating from a major city in the province:Hangzhou style.Shaoxing style and Ningbo style.

Zhejiang cuisine has the light and fresh flavor as a whole, which focuses on maintaining the original taste of raw materials.
